The Wines

"At Morgan M, I try to select wines that are representative of their origins. For me, wine should reflect not only the soil and grapes of the region in which it was grown, but also the "savoir-faire" and the passion of the wine-maker behind it.

I have the same pleasure drinking a well-made vin de pays with friends over a simple meal as i do drinking a grand cru from Burgundy with more refined cuisine. I try to reflect this idea in our wine list. When people visit our restaurant I want them to be able to enjoy a less well-known wine, as well as a grand cru. For this reason we have wines for all budgets and occasions. I t is my great pleasure to be able to offer many different types of wine, all of which can be a source of enjoyment during any meal.

Even though french wines dominate our wine list at the moment, I truly believe that good wine can be made all over the world by people who are passionate about using the vine to make such an enjoyable drink."
